Kuwait, Turkey and possible naval dealsnote

Commander of the Kuwaiti Navy Major-General Khaled Al-Kandari held a meeting last week with a delegation of the state-run Turkish Under-secretariat for Defence Industries SSM (Savunma Sanayii Mustesarligi) that was visiting the country.
