UAE Air Force, plans to purchase V-22 Osprey aircraft on holdnote

Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan is said to have put temporarily on hold all contacts with the Pentagon on a project to buy V-22 Osprey aircraft in favor of the UAE Air Force (UAEAF).
