Saudi RSNF and MMSC ship dealnote

Commander of the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) Admiral Fahd Bin Abdullah Al-Ghufaili is said to have recently visited the United States and to have had talks there on a deal for the Multi-Mission Surface Combatant (MMSC) ship.
