Chairman of the Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI) Ahmad Al-Khatib and Boeing Chairman and CEO Denis Muilenburg signed on 30/3/18 a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) to develop a joint venture (JV) aiming to localize more than 55% of the maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services for fixed and rotary-wing military aircraft in the Kingdom.
