Qatar: Emir Tamim and arms spendingnote

Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani is said to have begun considering the possibility of reducing arms spending and looking for less expensive military equipment, especially in favor of the Qatar Land Forces (QLF).
