Saudi RSNF, first payment for MMSC dealnote

Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz, who also acts as Defence Minister, is said to have recently ordered to transfer a first payment of the deal with Lockheed Martin for 4 Multi-Mission Surface Combatant (MMSC) ships in favor of the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF).
