Qatar: Emir Tamim, Emir Sabah and proposals about the GCC crisisnote

Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani is said to have received proposals in the past 48 hours from his Kuwaiti counterpart Emir Sabah Al Ahmad about the GCC crisis and what can be done to convince Saudi King Salman to invite him to attend the GCC summit meeting in Riyadh next month.
