Qatar: Emir Tamim and GCC and Arab summit meetingsnote

Qatari Emir Tamim is said to have no intention of attending the GCC summit meeting or the Arab summit meeting in Makkah in Saudi Arabia at the end of this month if he does not receive a personal invitation from Saudi King Salman.
