Chief of Staff of the Qatari Armed Forces Lt-General Ghanim Bin Shaheen Al-Ghanim received last Sunday (6/6/21) Chief of the Defense Staff of the Italian Armed Forces Air Squadron General Enzo Vecciarelli in Doha.
Meanwhile, Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri’s plant known as Muggiano hosted last Saturday (5/6/21) the technical launch of an offshore patrol vessel (OPV) known as Sheraouh Q62 and intended for the Qatar Navy.
In this context, this past week is said to have again highlighted the close relations between Qatar and Italy in the naval field.
