GCC states, especially Saudi Arabia and the UAE, are said to be currently examining how to face the repercussions of a possible return of the United States to the nuclear agreement, as this may allow Iran to secure the financial means required to continue developing its military capabilities.
In this regard, there is talk that the Saudi Defense Ministry is examining a project to introduce more Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems to GCC armies.
