Last June, Qatar and Turkey signed an agreement allowing Doha to deploy 36 aircraft including 12 French made Rafale fighters to Turkey for five years, where joint operations and training missions will be conducted.
The French side is said to have concerns about the possible diversion and leaking of Rafale’s advanced fighting systems to Turkey.
