Deputy Prime Minister for Defense Sayyid Shihab Bin Tariq held talks with the British Ministry of Defense on the sidelines of Sultan Haitham’s visit to London last month.
Sayyid Shihab is said to have approached the British side over a number of necessary Omani military needs.
The most notable of these needs is reported to be a project to develop the capabilities of the Royal Navy of Oman (RNO).
