The geopolitical conflict between Russia and Ukraine has deepened turmoil in Europe’s natural gas market and laid bare its need for energy imports.
The Qatari Minister of State for Energy Affairs and CEO of Qatar Energy Saad Al-Kaabi indicated that Qatar remains unable to make large-scale diversions to Europe in the event of a cutoff of Russian gas supply.
