The Egyptian Ministry of Military Production (MoMP) is reported to be in talks with the Japanese Ministry of Defense for the procurement of the Kawasaki C-2 military transport aircraft, manufactured by the Japanese aerospace manufacturer Kawasaki Heavy Industries (KHI).
