Saudi King Salman issued a new cabinet lineup yesterday (27/9/2022) that included the appointment of Talal Bin Abdullah Bin Turki Al-Otaibi as the new Assistant Defense Minister.
Al-Otaibi is reportedly considered one of the few officers with whom Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz has collaborated directly and also gained King Salman's trust.
