Kuwaiti Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Sheikh Ahmad Al-Fahad Al-Ahmad Al Sabah met last Saturday (9/9/2023) with his French counterpart Sebastien Lecornu at the Army Officers Club headquarters in Kuwait City.
Sheikh Ahmad Al-Fahad is said to have discussed with Lecornu the Caracal issue and its effects on Kuwaiti-French defense relations.
