CIA Director William Burns, Israeli Mossad Director David Barnea, and Egyptian General Intelligence Directorate (EGID) Director Major-General Abbas Kamel met on 28/11/2023 with the Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammad Bin Abdulrahman Al Thani in Doha.
Burns and Barnea submitted a proposal regarding the Gaza situation.
