Saudi King Abdullah issued on 10/5/13 a royal decree whereby he appointed Major-General Fayyadh Bin Hamed Bin Ruqad Al-Ruwaili as Commander of the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) with the rank of Lt-General in place of Lt-General Mohammad Bin Abdullah Al-Ayesh, who was sent to retirement.
