Qatar, Turkey and counter-terrorism cooperation in Somalianote

Chief of Staff of the Qatari Armed Forces Lt-General Ghanim Bin Shaheen Al-Ghanim held a meeting with his Turkish counterpart General Hulusi Akar yesterday (8/10/17) in Istanbul.

The meeting is said to have discussed counter-terrorism cooperation between both countries from the recently-established Turkish military base in Somalia.
