Kuwait: Sheikh Nasser and naval procurement projectsnote

Kuwaiti Defence Minister Sheikh Nasser Al-Sabah has no intention of involving Kuwait into any naval arms race under any circumstances.

This comes amid a US-led pressure to get Kuwait involved in plans to protect oil tankers in the Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz.
