Qatar: The extent of military cooperation with Turkeynote

The military cooperation between Qatar and Turkey involves more than just protection or establishment of military bases. It has become the basis of a Qatari defence vision up until 2030.

Part of this vision has been accomplished, particularly with regard to the presence of Turkish military forces in Qatar, as well as the construction of a military base that will include the largest Turkish military presence outside of Turkey.
