Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz is said to be taking his time to make a decision on any military response to the attacks that targeted the oil facilities in Abqaiq and Khurais last week.

In fact, he keeps mulling over the options, but he wants any military response to not affect the process of his Vision 2030 and his long-term plans for political and economic reforms in the country.
