UAE, France, and Rafale F4 [Update No. 1]note

It was previously reported that during Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan’s meeting last month (15/9/21) with French President Emmanuel Macron in Paris, the two leaders were due to discuss the possible procurement of Dassault’s Rafale F4 fighter jets in favor of the UAE Air Force (UAEAF).

In this regard, there is talk that  Sheikh Mohammad and President Macron actually discussed several French-made systems that the UAE is interested in acquiring, including Rafale F4 fighter jets.
