Saudi Arabia, China, and Belt and Road Initiativenote

There is talk that Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz' views on the nature of the Kingdom’s participation in China’s Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) have not yet been fully disclosed.

However, Crown Prince Mohammad is said to be in favor of Saudi-Chinese cooperation in various fields, particularly on projects related to infrastructure and the establishment of coastal ports in several Saudi regions.
