The Chief of Staff of Sultan of Oman’s Armed Forces (SOAF) Vice Admiral Abdullah Bin Khamis Al-Raisi received last Tuesday (16/5/2023) the Commander of the French Forces in the Indian Ocean Rear Admiral Emmanuel Slaars.
During the meeting, Rear Admiral Slaars expressed a French wish to establish a new phase of defense cooperation with Oman.
