Turkish officials affiliated with the defense company Aselsan are trying to sell SİPER surface-to-air missile (SAM) to the UAE.
Emirati officials have made it clear to Aselsan that there is no interest in procuring the SIPER unless the deal would include a transfer of technology (TOT) agreement.
