Saudi Prince Bandar, Washington and arms talks with Russianote

Chief of the Saudi General Intelligence Prince Bandar Bin Sultan Bin Abdulaziz is said to have intention to oppose US efforts to make Saudi Arabia go back on its plans to conclude arms deals with Russia including a deal for the S-400 air defence system.
