Saudi Deputy Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz, who also acts as Defence Minister, is said to have disapproved a request for an urgent additional budget in favor of the Royal Saudi Land Forces (RSLF), although the RSLF command is in need of such an extra budget to reinforce the combat capabilities of the RSLF units that are involved in the ongoing war in Yemen.
