Qatari Minister of State for Defense Affairs Khaled Al-Attiyah sent a letter last Monday (24/5/21) to his Omani counterpart Sayyid Shihab Bin Tariq.
The letter was related to the military cooperation between Qatar and Oman. It was delivered by Chargé D’affaires of the Qatari Embassy in Muscat Rashid Said Al-Khayarin during his meeting with Secretary-General of the Omani Defense Ministry Mohammad Al-Zaabi.
In this regard, Minister Al-Attiyah is said to be seeking to reactivate the Qatari-Omani military cooperation, in light of Qatari Emir Tamim’s efforts to establish excellent military relations with Oman in various fields.
