Qatari Emir Tamim is looking to enhance strategic relations with Singapore on several levels.
In this regard, Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammad Bin Abdulrahman Al Thani visited Singapore on 23/8/2023 where he met with Singaporean PM Lee Hsien Loong.
Additional meetings were held between Qatari and Singaporean officials to discuss cooperation and joint investments in AI systems, including in naval defense systems.
