The General Authority for Military Industries (GAMI) signed on 30/11/2022 a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Spanish shipbuilder Navantia to build multi-mission combat ships (MMCS) for the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF).
The Saudi Ministry of Defense (MoD) and Navantia have agreed to provide requirements for five multi-mission combat ships (MMCS).
